When Red Noses Palestine approached us to plan the redevelopment of their CMS web application, the existing system was in poor condition: outdated in look and feel, slow in performance, and lacking essential customization features. The Red Noses team faced significant challenges, particularly with report generation. Although all necessary data was present within the system, it was unable to produce the financial reports the team required. As a result, staff were forced to generate monthly reports manually—a process that took up to five days each month. After Binary Solutions took over the redesign and restructuring of the system, we conducted a thorough analysis of the legacy platform and developed a comprehensive development plan to address every pain point. The result is a fully modernized, fast, reliable, and—most importantly—serverless system. We built the new Red Noses CMS and deployed it on Google Cloud, leveraging the advanced architecture of Google’s Firebase suite of cloud services.
